Grand Jury Returns Two Indictments

1) Joshua Raved

In connection with the death of Ian C. Jones, on June 4, 2018, Joshua Raved was indicted for one count of Second Degree Murder, a violation of La.R.S. 14:30.1, and one count of Possession of a Firearm or Concealed Weapon by a Convicted Felon, a violation of La.R.S. 14:95.1.

2) Michael Thibodeaux

On June 8, 2018, Michael Thibodeaux was indicted for one count of Racketeering, a violation of La.R.S. 15:1351, et seq; two counts of Theft over $25,000, violations of La.R.S. 14:67; one count of Theft Greater than $5,000 but less than $25,000, a violation of La.R.S. 14:67; two counts of Filing or Maintaining False Public Records, violations of La.R.S. 14:144; seven counts of Malfeasance in Office, violations of La.R.S. 14:134; and one count of Perjury, a violation of La.R.S. 14:123.
